Fun and happy working environment with a company who cares about our employees. HVAC Service Professional Duties: Residential System inspections and service. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair. Supply customer with comprehensive HVAC system reports. Provide customer with repair options vs. replacement options. Maintain open lines of communication with your sales supervisor and dispatch. HVAC Service Professional Qualifications: 3-5 years on job experience as a technician in the HVAC industry. EPA/OSHA certification. Strong customer service and communication skills. Paperless invoicing so you must be technologically savvy. Motivated self-starter. Team player with a Can-Do mindset. Own your own hand tools. Positive Mental Attitude. Valid Nevada driver’s license.
